I am extremely disappointed with the work of this event agency. Despite promising a high level of professionalism, they fell short in practice. Their communication was opaque, often ignoring calls and emails. Furthermore, the event they organized was chaotic, and many guests were dissatisfied.
A terrible experience working with this event agency. They were unpunctual and unserious. I had to remind them multiple times about event details, and even then, they failed to deliver on many of them. Additionally, the quality of their organization was low, and the guests did not enjoy their time at the event.
