Working with this event agency was a regrettable experience. Their lack of punctuality and seriousness was evident, requiring multiple reminders about event details. Despite this, they still fell short in delivering on many fronts. The overall quality of their organization was subpar, resulting in an event that left guests dissatisfied.
My experience with this event agency was far from satisfactory. They not only failed to deliver the promised services but also organized an event that was both excessively expensive and of low quality. Communication was lacking, and they neglected key aspects of our agreement, shattering my expectations.
