I had such a negative experience with this notary. They were not only unresponsive to my questions and concerns, but they also charged exorbitant fees for their services. I felt like they were only interested in taking my money without providing any value in return.
I would never use this notary again. They were unorganized, unprofessional, and seemed to have little knowledge of the notarial process. They made numerous mistakes on my documents and showed a lack of care for the accuracy and legality of their work.
